Dekat dengan kemudahan..kedai makan steamboat, kk, kedai runcit, kedai breakfast, semua bawah blok je..

Keadaan rumah agak kotor..dalam bilik ada cawan yang berair, katil berhabuk, lantai tak disapu dengan bersih.. Barang² kat dapur kene kemaskan lagi terutama yang dalam kabinet..
