Beautiful place . The property manager was very sweet and was very nice.

No one was available to check us in. We had to call few times for someone to get there to open the doors. AC wasn’t working when we got there. It was eventually fixed. However, it was extremely hot at night. There was no light in the bathroom. Had to take a shower in dark bathroom. Washing machine was running all night, it wouldn’t shut off. Finally , had to unplug it at 3 am .

Trento hotel has very view, the apartments are well equipment and carefully organized! Owner are very polite!

The area, that was quite, the view, clean and very nice room and property(inside & outside) . The owners they have done great work to fit whatever is needed. I would go again and I will recommend to my friends.

I liked everything. I would love to had a fireplace, but that is minimum with all the other that offer

View from the balcony was amazing and the bedroom size was great.

Breakfast was do it yourself but that was not clear in the booking. Also, the coffee machine was not working and we couldn’t make coffee.

When we arrived, on a steep with sharp turns road, the lady that cleaned the rooms (the only person around) barely gave us some vague information. Breakfast (which would be “offered in parcels”) was “what we would find in the fridge meaning bread for toast, some slices of cheese and ham, a juice, water and eggs. And a coffee machine When we tried to boil eggs the device was out of order After a telephone call we’re told that we should first turn on a switch on the main board. The safe never worked. Parking (I had specifically booked for that) never offered to me. Utter disappointment
