The Victorian Townhouse Portrush

The property was fantastic, the photos don’t do it justice. The downstairs rooms are all very spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms are all a good size and the two larger ones are immense. There are ample bathrooms so nobody is waiting on a shower! The house warms really well and the heating is easily adjusted. The beds are really comfortable. The location is just on the outskirts of the town but easily walkable along West Strand. A fantastic property. Jodie the host is fantastically responsive and extremely accommodating. I also understand the property is pet friendly, what more could you want? Couldn’t recommend the house more!

Beautiful house in a great location - perfect for group stays. The house was clean and warm and beautifully decorated. Train halt just opposite is very handy!

A beautiful and comfortable, large home for the whole family. A short walk took us to the beach and even in December it's a lovely walk. Great communication with owner. Highly recommended. We hope to return in the future.

Location is really handy to West Strand and a short 15 minute walk into the town centre or there is a train stop right outside the front door. Beautiful house full of original features but also modernised and the bathrooms are stunning.

Hopefully the owners will get around to sprucing up the spacious kitchen. The Aga feature is lovely and there is a really practical utility with washing and plenty of fridge freezer space. Yard a little characterless which is a shame as it is a great sun trap in the afternoons. Bins could do with being left out!

This is a fabulous place to stay to explore the coast and all that Portrush has to offer! Easy access to all local attractions and great places to eat close by. It’s one of the few places in the area that we have stayed in that has constant hot water- strange thing to notice but true! We go every year so have stayed in many for the last 16 years. Hosts were great- flexible on arrival and departure times. Lovely fruit basket and a welcome bottle of champagne after a long trip from London. Facilities are great- I could cook a roast for 6 - no problem!! The kitchen is a proper hub! Loved lighting the fire in the living room. Everyone loved the white linen and comfy beds after a long day out and about! Thank you for a wonderful reprieve from real life!
