Ants and flies in the room
PKThe reception lady was very professional, humble, and kind, and made the check-in process very easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service.
There were a few flies in the room, When I mentioned this, a room service staff member suggested that I might have left some trash in the room, which felt awkward and unprofessional.
PKFlies on the bed. Washrooms were not cleaned and toilets were clogging every now and then. We had to change the rooms but the new toilet encountered the same issue. Also, no back up generator so if light goes be ready to live without Air conditioner. Disgusting experience
