Welcoming Southwold Holiday Home

Cosy, Victorian terrace house on quiet street just a few mins walk to the high street. Good parking. Well stocked kitchen and great double oven - made hosting Christmas at the coast a breeze! Thoughtful welcome basket of treats, fabulous communication from generous hosts who offered flexible check in and check out times and a range of sleeping arrangements.

Loved the location , the house was warm comfortable with a lovely little garden and everything you needed for a lovely stay . Beds very comfortable and lovely welcome provisions .

Downstairs loo wasn’t great a bit smelly .

Fab house, spacious, warm, clean. Garden added bonus. Perfect location right by the common and the top of the high street.

Had to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom.

A classic, well equipped property in an excellent location in Southwold. Very comfortable, homely and very quiet.

Very homely, great location, very good size

There wasn't much we didn't like, generally thought it was great value for money. Maybe would have been even better to have had a shower room separate from the bedroom but it wasn't such a problem as we were an all female group of friends

The location was excellent, the green virtually outside the front door to walk the dog, and moments from the high street for the shops and newsagent and of course a short walk to the sea. The hosts had complimentary tea, coffee, fresh milk, bread, butter and jam which was welcome and some treats for the dog which was a nice touch.

Everything was very good for what we needed in the short time we were there. It was a little unusual to have to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom for a bath or shower, as there was no privacy for the person allocated that room. Also, the bed in that particular bedroom was the least comfortable. The loos were separate, one upstairs and one downstairs which was convenient. Having said that it did not detract from us having a super couple of days in Southwold.

Lovely clean and spacious property. Excellent location.

The house had everything we needed, with kind welcome tray and loved things for the dog. Loads of games to play and great location. Garden was great bonus too.
