Galini Apartments Sikinos Travel

The apartment had a lovely view from the balcony and it had the sun on it in the morning during our visit in October. Its also only a 10 min walk from the port. As it was cold at night the duvets that had been left for us which came in very handy. The beds are very firm, good if you like that and communication was good via WhatsApp with Sikinos Travel.

The apartment is basic. Minimumal equipment in the kitchen. The shower configuration means the bathroom just becomes a wet room. Some maintenance issues in the apartment which we communicated separately to Sikinos Travel via WhatsApp as no one from Sikinos Travel physically on the island. The island is very quiet by mid October, only a shop in the port is open. Limited day time bus service to Kastro. In Kastro a couple of cafes and a shop were open.

My one (tiny) complaint is there were not enough Nespresso pods

The bathroom, although large, the shower too small. although the room is very clean and spacious, the decoration and the island in general do not justify its price and without breakfast.

The location was fine. Only that the hill you had to climb was a bit hard.

The shower could have been a little bigger and the glass screen would have been better on the side where the toilet sits. Instead of entering it passing between the screen and toilet.
