Luxurious apartment in waterfall

The apartment was very dirty, it had a bad smell and sticky bathroom floor , the white linen had dirty spots, the bed sheet and pillow cases had a smell of sweat and they were dirty.

The location and smooth access to the unit.

The place was not clean - toilet seat had yellow urine stains, floors were full of hair, towels were wet, basins and shower were dirty - we asked for cleaning services upon arrival for the following day. There was no additional blanket even upon request. We were told to use the most lifeless heater I've seen. Heater goes on and off every 10mins and we were expected to survive on that the entire weekend.
