Borneo Sepilok Rainforest Resort

A very nice location and a beautiful setting. The jungle around is beautiful and staff was very helpful and friendly.

I think it's very overpriced for what you get, including food and drinks. The dorm room is nice but the AC can't work properly because the windows didn't close properly. Also there was no light in the bathroom for all of my stay so had to shower in darkness.

Good location close to Sepilok and the SunBear Sanctuary

We were moved to a different lodge due to the discovery of some interesting wildlife that had made its way into our original lodge. Not sure if the replacement had not been newly made up but there was a lot of dust under the bed and a stain on the bedsheet. Provisions such as loo roll, teabags, creamer were the bare minimum for two people and a one night stay. List of charges on the wall for items stolen or damaged made it feel unwelcoming. The young staff were friendly but did not come across as professionally trained hospitality staff. Breakfast buffet very poor, did not have other meals at the resort.

Very nice place in the forest, good if you are up for some drinks around the pool or enjoying music and singing karaoke with the staff.

Food was ok, quality of the food may be improved for a great experience overall.

Location , peaceful location close to Rainforest Discovery Centre and other conserservation facilities. Gardens and architecture are stunning. The dormitory room i stayed in was spacious. Lovely cocktails.

The main house is nice with a lot of places to sit and chill, pool is good as well. The whole area towards the Chalets is beautiful with a lot of plants and flowers. I was in a dorm and the shared bathrooms are very good as there are 4 rooms with shower, toilet and sink all to yourself.

The food is overprized and awful. Both the breakfast buffet and the a la carte menu were terrible. You are way better off eating out as it's also cheaper

Staff were always cheerful and attentive. Grounds are lovely and the resort has a rainforest feel to it. ...appropriate architecture.

Loved it all

Everything was great my I booked a bed in a 6 bunk bed dorm. I stayed all 4 night alone. Was great for the money. Staff was friendly.

The pool was a little bit to warm.
