Clean rooms, friendly staff, and near to airport. Everything was well-maintained. Highly recommended if you are on transit flight!

I have completed the payment in full for my booking; however, it is not appearing under my completed bookings. A great option for a short stay Room was a decent size, the bed very comfortable. Air con was strong and wifi worked pretty well.

There was no hot water, but can't grumble for the price paid. Staff mostly friendly, other than one chap who was a bit strange. We seemed to be offered things for free (like bottled water on arrival, our visas printed), then later on they would come and knock on our door and charge us. Quite an odd way to operate! Location is in the centre of an area under development. So there are not many facilities nearby.

The Guest House location is perfect, if you are travelling to and from Islamabad Airport. We were a large group of 12 people and the staff were excellent and managing all our different requirements, and arranging with ordering and delivery of food from a local restaurant. There is a local bakery and small supermarket within walking distance, where you can buy drinks etc. The guest house has free Wi-Fi, which was really appreciated.

The Mumtaz locality is currently being built with additional apartments, hotels etc. So besides the bakery and local supermarket, there are no other local facilities around the area as of April 2025. Within the next 12 months, I would expect the area to be fully developed. One issue that needs to be fixed is that only one of the TV's worked. Also, it would also be appreciated if they had a price list for the local taxis and other vehicles.
