"Decent and budget-friendly"

It is value for money. Decent enough for a family of 5. The location was okay with major shops close by

The facilities can be improved. Had power cuts and water cut for few hours which made our stay a nightmare at those times. Asides from that, it is decent and the host was very responsive and warm.
