Location

Outside my room, there was constant banging of hammers, and when I stepped out, the air was filled with the overwhelming smell of strong epoxy glue. Even the workers had towels around their noses to shield themselves from the fumes. It was such an unpleasant experience. What’s frustrating is that there were plenty of vacant rooms, yet they chose to disrupt my stay by fixing the hotel right where I was staying.

Very cosy, slightly dated building. Walking distance from shopping Mall. No street noise, running hot water. Breakfast buffet was adequate but may not be liked by all.

Nothing stands out.

It’s affordable!

I booked as a family for 2 adults plus 1kid. In my booking it includes free breakfast but then the staff charged my kid for breakfast because it is not included in the booking. How come the kid is not included in the breakfast to the fact that I booked for 2adults and 1kid???

The staff where so Nice and helpful Location good as well Breakfast was also very good - fresh omelets every day

Only 2 sun beds at the pool

Food, pool, spa. Great for the family. Easy access to food and shopping.

Room. I picked the room because it says garden view but end up at the back area, sadly. Maybe since its like at the end of the area, you can’t notice easily if the room needed a make up. We went back at night our room hadn’t MUR. But they did it immediately after i called. Thank you anyway.

The location

The rooms were not soundproof, so it was noisy due to wedding reception, only two thin towels in the bathroom, and the food was average with no international breakfast option
