Whittlesey town centre apartment

Location - parking outside

The wifi was not working the entire stay so we were unable to watch any TV or use any devices. I did contact the owners but they said it was down in the area.

Brilliant location, right in the town centre, with acres of unrestricted parking outside the door. Everything you needed for a self catering stay was available, with the added bonus of an air fryer. Everything worked well, good, TV, great shower, bags of hot water, comfy bed, clean. Supermarket about 50 paces from the front door, Fish and chip shop even nearer. Wetherspoons pub about 8 mins walk up the high street. I found the blinds worked OK for me, even in the height of summer. I looked hard for the local drug dealers reported, but didn't find any, apart from the local pharmacy. Lovely apartment right in the middle of a small provincial town. What's not to like? Owners very responsive and came to my assistance when I locked myself out, forgetting that Yale locks and door closers can leave you in bother...

Couple of suggestions - Fridge freezer rather just fridge - absolutely nothing wrong with fridge, microwave would complement existing appliances well, coffee table with coasters would just finish the lounge area nicely. Personal observation - Found the sofa uncomfortable

Easy to access. Good bathroom. Clean and tidy.

No microwave. Blind in bedroom is dreadful and may as well have slept in broad day light. Area is quite rough. Some local shops shut down due to drugs and neighbourhood safety.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and a great location. My family were so impressed that they wanted to rent this property in the future. The shower was great, and the bed was super comfy. I will definitely stay here again.
