This is a clean, spacious unit, very close to the beach. Nice personal contact and easy access on arrival.

The photos make the place look like a modern, well-designed, elegant unit, deserving a premium price. It is not. It is the standard (though ok quality) private rental room of the Greek countryside. There are functional problems throughout, making this unsuitable for anything but a summer stay and probably not for more than 2 people. There's no good way to heat the unit evenly: only an A/C in the bedroom, with the second area (kitchen + another bed) staying cold. The bathroom has the tiniest sink one can imagine, so the floor will always be wet. Maybe fine in the heat of the summer, not so fine other times.
