Cleaniness.

Location in the center of the town. Everything clean and tidy and same as on the pictures. Dish washer, Laundry washer included. Kitchen with all equipment. Navigation and instruction was perfect

Staircase in the building was dirty

The location of the property it’s great.

Although the location it’s perfect, the building where it’s located it’s horrible!! Completely abandoned, old, dirty, freaky, no lights at all at night, no working elevator, with construction trash everywhere. The area where you’re supposed to enter to the building it’s actually the garbage storage of a restaurant next door. The instructions to get to the apartament are poorly made so we got to the apartament on time for our check in and couldn’t find the building I tried to contact the host to ask for a photo and the host didn’t pick up until an hour later!! With the building being completely abandoned, no lights and horrible I felt completely insecure the entire time I was there. The photos that the host has on the listing are not actual photos of the state of the property or of the entrance of the building. Talking about the flat although inside it has everything that appears on the listing the state of the things are old and the flat wasn’t clean enough (the ceiling has cobwebs, lamps are falling down, etc) I would never recommend someone this apartament.

The location

First of all , we had informed the host that we would be travelling with our three year old son . Even though it was stated that we could check in at 15.00 , he told us to come at 16.00 so that the apartment could be cleaned . We arrived at 15.50 and the apartment had not been cleaned yet . The cleaning lady came at 16.00 and she had left by 16.50 ! We had to walk around in the cold and she changed our bed sheets , but not our son’s bed ! She had put new towels , but they were unwashed ! The dishwasher was full of dirty cups and dishes ! The bathroom was full of hair ! Of course I called the host , I was totally irritated and he just came the next afternoon to leave new towels and wash the dishes ! The apartment was not properly cleaned and I have to mention that you have to climb 49 steps on foot and there is an open courtyard on the ground floor full of rubbish of the nearby restaurant ! The next day there was no hot water due to a thankfully minor problem , I called him again many times and he thought it was illogical for us to be angry ! Fortunately someone came and the problem was solved !

It was hard to find even with instructions, tucked in a back stair inside an old and in the process of renovation building

-dust and hair on the floor and on the shelves -we ran out of hot water and we needed to wait a whole night to have again. - the building and the way up to the apartment is a bit creepy and the building itself is very old and it is not in a good condition

Location could not be any better, close to most means of transpotation including metro and airport bus. Absolutely everything in the apartment is well thought out for maximum comfort. The attention to details was noticed and appreciated. Ironing board, both warm and cold lighting options, ability to plug in electronics at the perfectly right spots, huge mirrors on the doors of the closet, plenty of hangars, tourist maps, small light above the keyhole… The decor is amazing, the chandelier, the tall ceiling and the color scheme (even the towels were the perfect color for the bathroom!) all contributed to a lovely environment.

The manager of the apartment must really dislike interacting with the guests. It is self checkin, which can turn into a real treasure hunt. Messages for checkin are automated but in my case failed to come in time and had to eventually contact the guy. No negotiation possible for early checkin, for which I would have gladly paid. No elevator and had to carry a heavy case by myself on a few flights of stairs. I was very tired when I arrived and a bit annoyed about the delays to get inside the apartment, but the comfort and the location were too good to make me rate down the overall stay.
