"How they key ruined my stay"

It's a nice, clean, safe, modern apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

They key did not function properly. I alerted the contact person Thursday. I got ignored. I struggled to get into the apartment on Friday. On Saturday after a long day out my family and I were stuck outside for close to two and half hours before help came. I had to send unfriendly texts and spam phone calls to get attention. The locksmith was friendly and changed the lock. The key issue ruined and other wise pleasant stay.
