Central duplex apartment

Good location with 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre. Supermarket nearby. Good living room and kitchen that are shared. The host was a grandad who lived next door who was incredibly sweet and clearly wanted to make our stay comfortable.

There was construction work outside and it was difficult to get to (not wheelchair accessible) though that is temporary. The WiFi didn't work (despite restarting, etc) and the host (the granddad's son) didn't respond.

Lokacija je savršena, kreveti udobni i čista i mirisljava posteljina. Udobno i čisto sto je zaista najbitnije.

Opremljenost apartamana je zaista super, ali bilo bi dobro da poseduju kupku i jos neke sitnice u kupatilu.

Domaćini su ljubazni i uslužni. Parking se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini objekta. Centar grada je blizu. Dobar odnos cijene i kvaliteta.

Lokacija

Apartmani na dobroj lokaciji, ali to je otprilike jedina prednost. U stvarnosti ne liče na slike – plafoni niski, kupatila toliko mala da WC šolje deluju kao puzzle slagane na brzinu. Prati vas stalni “miris kanalizacije”, a spoljašnji radovi garantuju gratis koncert bušilica od ranog jutra. Ako volite iznenađenja i testiranje živaca – uživaćete. Ako ipak tražite odmor i ono što piše u opisu, bolje preskočite. Posebno razočaran odnosom gazde na kraju.

The location is great as it's just a few minutes walk to restaurants, sightseeing, etc.

As we arrived, we discovered that the street in front was dug up and we couldn't get to the property let alone park at the reserved spot - we were not warned about this and ended up having to pay for parking and mobile roaming fees. We were very tired after 8 hours of driving and this could've easily been avoided if we were told about the situation. We were left to figure it out on our own instead. The host offered to pay for parking afterwards, however by that point we had already paid ourselves. The property is in a great location, but also in a terrible neighbourhood. We had to endure loud music and partying from neighbours until 2am in the morning - at one point there was a domestic dispute and a lot of shouting. It was impossible to sleep. We were then woken up around 7am as machines started working on the street. Communication was needlessly difficult, too, eventually we figured we can use ChatGPT in interpreter mode to have a somewhat decent conversation. It's a shame as really all it would've taken to make this a great stay was to be forewarned about the parking situation and leave some ear plugs in the apartment or call the police to deal with the terrible noisy neighbours.

Appartement très propre ,confortable et agréable. Le monsieur qui nous accueille est d une grande gentillesse ,tres disponible et très souriant.
