Riverside Apartment with balcony

The apartment is in a central location within the city, close to amenities, diners, and bars. It is well appointed with all the required facilities; washer/dryer, multiple beds, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, etc. The management, particularly Hollie, was extremely responsive to requests and feedback. She is probably the only reason we would consider returning.

Located next to an all day/night open bar area, the apartment is very noisy until the early hours of the morning. When we arrived, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, the floor was dusty, we did not have adequate towels (only 2 were provided for 5 guests), and the oven was unusable / dirty, plus the fridge had a poor odour. After some thorough cleaning by my family and the cleaners sent over by the management company, the rest of our stay was relatively pleasant. A bigger TV would be better, and the sofa is suitable for little children and small adults.

Unfortunately the apartment is directly above a very busy bar which is noisy until midnight.

It is in itself beautiful clean warm comfortable central well-equipped apartment with everything you could need for a break in Bristol which is a lovely friendly city

The noise level was unbelievable. It was like being in a club from 7pm until midnight the place and everyone in it vibrated with the noise.. this was to be expected After 12 the fighting belpw started then the happy birthday singing at 3am then the people in neighbouring flats came home and they might as well have been in tbe room. Apologies to the lovely ownee and the type of guests who wouldnt care about the noise would love this apartment. See photos below not just 1 pub a street of them.adjoin apartment.

Excellent location for a trip to one of the UK's best city destinations. Lovely apartment, with all the facilities you would want. Nice that it had a balcony area as well.

The only issue with the location and this can't be blamed on the apartment is that Bristol harbour has very load Seagulls. If you are a light sleeper then you may struggle a bit. This was booked for some overseas colleagues who were over for a week in our office and this was the only negative the mentioned. Equally, whilst the location is perfect for access to Bristol's fantastic city centre life, the King Street area can remain lively late into the night so if that's not your thing then you probably would be better booking further out of the centre. But for anyone use to noisy British birds, noisy British nightlife, and looking to stay right in the centre of everything, this would be great.

Lovely spacious clean apartment which was well equipped for cooking

This apartment is fine if you are happy with outside noise until around midnight. It is directly above a pub with outdoor seats. There are several other venues close by. We found the noise quite difficult. Perhaps the windows could be more sound proofed?

Great location brilliant apartment- so much space!! and everything was spotless. Fabulous communication with hosts. Looking forward to staying again
