Villa Mandarine by BaliSuperHost

La Villa dans son ensemble est magnifique ! Les espaces sont bien pensés, la piscine très bien pour les petits et les grands.

Cependant je mettrais un gros bémol sur l'entretient de la Villa (,propreté) et sur les odeurs de canalisations. La vue sur les Rizières ne ressemble en rien aux photos.

Very nice pool, good temperature. Rooms had working AC. Very good options for dinner/breakfast chef hire and decor hire options for special occasions. Good quieter location. Good connection to drivers that we could hire. Very responsive concierge (Feri) responded at all times and very helpful.

2 of the bathrooms have outdoor connection so some bugs present but daily cleaning so it was okay. Their associated spa facilities for hire were disappointing but the host gave us discount for this. The route to the villa can be confusing for some people but our drivers were pretty good at it. We did have a power outage but this was in Bali in general. No AC in main area but there are fans.

Stunning villa layout, the pool area was fantastic and we loved having our own rooms with ensuites. The view out to the rice fields was so beautiful!

There were a few things needing improvement including the road leading into the villa complex, and a bathroom off the kitchen/living room that has a leaking toilet and terrible smell. It was wonderful having a filtered water unit but the auto cold and hot functions are not working. Even with these still in disrepair I would happily book again and highly recommend the villa.

The design, comfort, cleanliness, facilities, but most of all the great service rendered by the Villa staff team led by our host Mr Feri.

It’s located at the bottom of an inclined slope which could be better paved. But it’s also away from the main road away from the traffic noise pollution, a big plus.

The help from the staff was perfect, June made us feel very welcome and was helpfull in everything we needed help for.

The villa is private, spacious and in an idyllic setting. The pool is 10/10. Daily cleaning was appreciated by the friendly team and Jun was an amazing host and driver to us. Thank you Jun and team! We had a wonderful stay! Walking distance to some good restaurants Odiiku noodle house, Odette’s cafe and BiJi restaurant.

Having air conditioning in the living area would have made our evenings more comfortable. But other than that, we wouldn’t change a thing.
