Location

The unit checklist was not correct as I picked up that the iron was not in the unit, I did ask prior to check in if all items in the checklist was verified and the answer wasYES, this needs to be noted. Secondly, I was not aware that Caribbean Estates donot put Toilet Rolls, Clean Towels daily in the units, very dissatisfied with this and inconvenience to me and my family. These such things will result in clients not going back to Caribbean Estates.

"Great place, we created beautiful family memories."

Most of the things, great stay, will surely come back as we had little time to explore the area and to do nearby activities.

Please invest in new current trends and soft beds. The ones provided were too low and uncomfortable. Please also provide cereal bowls and board games in the units. A bigger TV as well.

Bathroom outdated

Needed a fresh look to the bathrooms, no windows, no extractor fan, not a proper door in bathroom toilet. Toilet rolls not replaced. Polite staff and cleaning staff Place needs to be modernized.

Peaceful and quiet

Our unit ie Tortuga 21 had only one shower in unit Other bathroom had a bath tub with no curtain or hand shower. Also the toilet in this bathroom had a terrible and unbearable smell. Also no windows in any of the bathrooms

Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing. Tbh even though I would have liked a faster stove I can't fault the 10/10 rating

I think you guys need to invest in a faster stove. Also ,don't book this apartment if you're coming to the South Coast for a fishing trip because the beach access is a long hike
