Мы отдыхали в августе 2025. Понравились апартаменты в целом. Отличная локация. До транспорта 3 минуты.

Мы жили на 7м мансардном этаже. Слабый напор воды в душе. Долго стекает вода, чтобы стала теплой. Возможно, это проблема последнего этажа. При бронировании было указано наличие мини кухни- по факту это холодильник , чайник, две чашки и штопор. Почему-то нет ложек (размешать сахар в чае нечем). Можно было бы хоть одноразовые положить. На террасе есть столик со стульями. Стулья металлические с тонкими прутьями, но на них нет мягких сидений. Сидеть на них очень некомфортно. Стоило бы в номере иметь такой аксессуар.

The apartment is located right in the center of Mestre, just a short walk from the bus and tram station (only 15 minutes to Venice). It looks exactly like the photos and was the perfect stay for us and our dog.

It was just a minor thing - the shower drain was clocked.

The flat is modern, very spacious and comfortable. It provides everything you need for a longer stay. The beds are ideal for resting on. The neighborhood is really quiet. The position is central and close to the bus and tram stations, making it convenient to get to Venice. The parking is underground and has two locked gates. It is an excellent choice for visiting Venice.
