"Best accommodation of the last years."

It was a pleasure to stay here. This was one of the best accommodations of the last years. Lot‘s of equipment, many toys for our kids, clean, cosy, great view and unexpected a heated pool. 10 out of 10. worth every dollar

"Our boys 7 and 3 enjoyed themselves to the max. This felt like out home away from home. Any and everything I needed was"

The pool view was amazing and seeing the boaters ride by was relaxing. Linen was clean and they also had extra on the closets if needed. There was ample amount of dishes to cook with and eat off of. Our boys loved watching SpongeBob out back while eating breakfast in the morning! My husband and I enjoyed watching the sunset and pool lights for night time swimming !

There was nothing not to like.

"Great value and great location."

Great location, The Pool was heated and Seating everywhere. Oh and the pinball was pretty awesome.

A bunch of none working items in the garage. Fishing poles were all broken and a couple of the bicycles were in ruff shape. It would be better to not have that stuff in there.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr schöner Pool und Außenbereich, viele Sitzgelegenheiten, toller Ausblick. Voll ausgestattete Küche, viele Handtücher, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft.

"Ein sehr entspannter perfekter Urlaub"

Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool hat morgens schon Sonne. Der Bootsanlegeplatz lädt zu einer Tasse Kaffee und träumen ein. Die Flipper-Turniere waren legendär. Das Haus liegt direkt am Kanal in ruhiger Lage.

Für uns war es der perfekte Aufenthalt. Negatives können wir nicht berichten.

"Großartiger Aufenthalt in Cape Coral"

Tolles Haus, riesig. Schöner Pool, Lage direkt am Kanal. Das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme, auch wenn an manchen Stellen schon etwas abblättert oder schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist ( (Küchenschränke z.B.) Uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört, im Gegenteil. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.
