Location was convenient for a lot of amenities
The customer service was very bad, the noise, the room was not cleaned everyday and no refill of toiletries, we needed to call each time we needed to go out and come in

Wifi was bad and I paid a lot of money to stay for 5 nights. I was given a small room. Asked to change as a regular client. I was treated like a new client.
