The place is filfthy, the guy took over an hour to assust us, saying he didn't know we had a booking. Mind you the booking was made 2 weeks in advance. He kept calling the owner until I personally called him. They told us it's fully booked and they gave us a room that was dirty and had cockroaches.
Everything. There were guests that fought the entire night and nothing was done to remedy the situation nor reprimand them. The place looks like a scrap yard. Staff didn't know what to do with us, so unprofessional.
