Lucifero View Apartment-Cagliari

Appartement agréable, spacieux et bien équipé.

L’appartement est indiqué pour 3 personnes, mais le canapé prévu pour le 3ème couchage n’est pas un canapé-lit, il n’est donc pas très confortable pour tout un séjour.

Ci è piaciuto molto la possibilità di avere cucina e lavatrice e un bel divano comodo. La prontezza con cui la proprietaria ci ha sempre risposto ed aiutato. C'erano già un paio di ombrelloni per mare, anche se di bassa qualità, sarebbe molto carino averne uno migliore. Comoda la posizione rispetto al centro e ai pullman.

Se non si chiudevano prontamente gli scarichi in bagno, c'era odore di fogna. Se la casa rimaneva chiusa e non si ventilava rimaneva molto calda a causa del piano in alto nel condominio e se si spegneva il condizionatore in poco tempo i benefici venivano persi. La cucina era ben fornita ma tante cose le abbiamo pulite numerose volte perché lo stato era un pò dubbio. 30 euro di early checkin forse un pò tantini però ci serviva.

Extremely clean and spacious, Geanina is exceptionally kind, pleasant, and always available. I highly recommend this apartment and the entire team.

The only suggestion would be to add a small table and some chairs on the terrace to make the whole experience a perfect 10+

The rooms were both cosy, clean and modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable!! We were provided with almost all useful and necessary ammenities, to prep food etc

Shower/tap water got extremely hot if turned on too much in the wrong direction

The apartment is very well located in the town. You can easily get to many buzzy places in the town by foot. The contact with the manager of the apartment was very guest friendly. If you have a problem, don't hesitate to contact her, she will help you for sure. Would I come back for a second time? Definitely YES

There was a problem with the air-conditioning. First the manager tried to help me via WhatsApp, but there was a real issue that can't be fixed easily. Because of that, the manager organised for me to get a discount of 10% for the whole rent and an additional costless evening checkout.
