Hereford Road Shrewsbury Cottage

Location great. Close to shops (Sainsburys, M&S Food etc), on street parking, 20 min walk into Shrewsbury Town Centre. Clean and tidy. Kids really liked it and enjoyed themselves! Great place for a family to stay.

The facilities were great, the cleanliness of the house was spot on. The added extras were already there like tea coffee sugar, washing detergent, shampoo/shower gel, so was much appreciated and saved us shopping for them.

The only "minor" issue was the front door light came on everytime next door was in and out their house of an evening and also when quiet in the house you can very clearly hear the neighbours talking and walking up and down the stairs. But that wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Location - supermarkets, takeaways, pubs all within easy reach. Town centre 20 mins walk away. House well equipped and clean Good communication re check in etc Clean and tidy Easy free parking Good value property

Steep stairs, as previously highlighted in other reviews Beds very soft and double bed is a small double

Just what I expected as advertised.

Mattresses too soft. Sofa not that comfortable to lounge on. No dishcloths. No long mirror.

The cottage was very clean and well presented. The location was a short drive into Shrewsbury. Considering it's a small cottage, it was quite spacious and pleasant to stay in.

We feel it's not suitable for young children. as the stairs are steep, and the Back exit from kitchen open straight onto road.
