Die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt und weitläufig. Auch die Zimmer sind geräumig. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Essen ok.

Kein heißes Wasser. Gerade einmal lauwarm für eine Dusche. Baden war nicht möglich und am nächsten Morgen konnte keiner von uns mehr warm duschen, da war es nur kalt. Wasserflecken an sämtlichen Decken, die Farbe bröckelt ab, die ganze Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise nicht sehr sauber. Extrem viel Personal für wenige Gäste. Teilweise überwältigend. Chef der Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich. (Der Rest war nett) Sehr teuer für die Qualität.

The staff were very attentive. Good size rooms with coffee making facilities.

No plug in the bath.

Spacious and great location to visit the Crater. Ambience was good. Rooms modestly furnished but functional . And the staff was exceptional both the manager and the ladies employed there.

The location of Ngorongoro Corridor is very ideal for tourist visiting many national parks. We visited Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater and the lodge was equi distant from both places. The staff were very courteous and the service was great. We had breakfast and dinner at the lodge during our three day stay. They oacked us lunch when we visited national parks. The food was prepared as per our request (we are vegetarians) and it was very delicious.

The shower door was not sealed properly which led to minor water leak. We did bring it up with the manager and he promised to take care of it.

Spacy clean rooms, nice garden compound, friendly staff

poor food; Manager organized Crater tour for 1 day to a reasonable price. After arrival he told us to pay more 280 USD for the car! I refused and repeated we can join a group, not need single car for only 2 people. Finally he arranged us for additional 180 USD including around 80 USD for 2 pax, which I accepted. Then next problem for transportation back to Arusha, he asked again for 120 USD, although I had written confirmation on booking.com for the fare from AND to Arusha! I refused again and finally he organized to join a single tourist transport back to Arusha. I had to pay again. Even there I found out the tourist got back only 60 USD. I paid 260 USD more than arranged before! This behaviour is unacceptable, smells of cheating and ripping off tourists! At the end the manager apologized, but too late for me. Never again

The manager was friendly as well as other staff. They are very accommodating. When I contacted the manager to inform them that I could not arrive early as we were stuck at Naabi gate, he took the initiative to offer to prepare dinner for my party. They surely did and it was very good dinner. The next day, since I was going to the crater, they took care of my luggages. They are very flexible and very understanding. I surely would recommend them.

The bathroom in one unit was leaking.

The rooms were spacious and clean. There were good mosquito nets (but few mosquitos).There was plenty of hot water to shower. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The quality of the food should be improved as it was quite basic with no choice offered.
