Thanks for upgraded our room for the good view and give us the cutting of the plants,we appreciated.

The owner was amazing! So helpful in telling us what/ how to do things. Managed to get the bus / taxi for fairly cheap to the park and to ranau for activities. Food around is cheap and great. Also a vintage store which sells outdoors kit for cheap in the square and fresh food markets to try all the tropical fruits and local snacks. Views are gorgeous and bed was comfortable. The fan was good power and not many mosquitoes.

Bathroom had a little bit of a puddle by shower drain which didn’t go away. The cutlery was attached to a rope which made it bit difficult to use and clean (but didn’t check out the main kitchen). The town itself doesn’t have much to do, would be ideal if had a car. Maxim / grab doesn’t work from here as drivers are based in Ranau, and taxi drivers aren’t that keen to work but we got to park and back for 35 ringit :)

Easy access to Kundasang town and nearby attraction. Allow cooking as kitchen is provided. Kinabalu mountain view from balcony. Room is spacious and clean. Shower comes with heater. Hairdryer provided and water boiler also is provided. Parking spaces available in front of the homestay.

The sound proofing is not that good due to thin wall and floor, but as a visitor, in group or alone, please be considerate to other visitor and don't stomping or jumping or talk loudly in the room as it may disrupt others relaxing in their room.

Everything is good 👍 Facilities are fully prepared.. ⭐ All rooms can see the mountains...

Very convinient location and good mountain view. The balcony is confortable for me. The kitchen is simple and fulfill my needs. Water heater is very good.

Toilet is not hotel style but thats fine for me.
