Solitude by Seabrook Hospitality

The house itself was simply amazing!! Beautiful home, nicely appointed, amazingly close to the beach access and near downtown (walking distance) for proximity to restaurants and Seabrook rental office. The beach is massive. surrounded by scenic and mysterious looking wooded areas, and it honestly felt that we had the whole place to ourselves.

For our stay, the lock was not working properly. They text you the code to the lock at check-in time, and our code didn't work. I had to walk all the way back to the office to get help, and by then there was a large line formed of other people checking in, so it was very frustrating and a rocky start to our stay. They finally had to send the maintenance person to reprogram the lock, so we waited outside for an extra hour. Also, we were told the lock would stop working at checkout time, which is 10am, so we woke up and walked to get a coffee, at 7am on check out day, and when we returned the code was already not working again. Fortunately we had the garage door opener to get into the house. The carpet in the master bedroom had some stains and looked like it needed to be shampoo'd. Also, (probably nit-picky) but the front yard and backyard was covered with weeds. You would think for high-end, expensive rental properties that they would have landscapers tending to the property. I was tempted to do the weeding myself.
