Location and balcony!!!!

The bed was so so squeaky which made for an uncomfortable sleep. There was also no toilet paper on arrival and the showers were cold on the second day. The water pressure wasn't very good.

Everything was perfect. Location, service, premises.

Bed in the main bedroom is very squeaky, spbwe had to move to the second bedroom, which wasn’t so cozy.

The apartment is great - the amenities, the space, the beautiful terrace. I would highly recommend it. The host was really kind and helpful.

Everything was great, I would just advise families with small kids to mind the inner staircase.

This place is huuge, we're not used to this kind of spaces, amazing. Rooftop terrace with great view. Kitchen and bathroom with all modern brand appliances, including a washing machine with a dryer.

Coffee machine is some weird capsule type one - the capsules are not in the nearby shops like Spar or others. You can see that other guests struggled as well - there are incompatible capsules available. I suggest to the owner to change it to a standard one.

I am pleased to provide this recommendation for the apartment located at Sliema. Having lived here for a week (august), I can confidently say that this is one of the best living spaces I’ve had the pleasure of residing in. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, with modern finishes, spacious rooms, and an abundance of natural light. The layout is well thought out, making it both practical and aesthetically pleasing. This apartment makes coming home a true pleasure. The location is unbeatable. Situated in a vibrant yet peaceful neighborhood, it offers the perfect balance between city life and tranquility. It’s close to many shops and very close to sand beach, but if you go a bit further there are also a rock beaches, which has been incredibly convenient. Public transportation is easily accessible, and the surrounding area is safe and welcoming. The building itself is meticulously cared for by the management team, who are both professional and responsive. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently, making living here hassle-free. The building amenities such as rooftop/ terrace were a huge bonus and added tremendous value to the overall experience. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to call home. The combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent management makes it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a high-quality living experience. Also the apartment had everything you could need, a kitchen, a washing machine (detergent), a dishwasher, an air conditioner, and a wonderful terrace, the owner was especially responsive and always responded quickly to any problems that arose during the stay, gave clear instructions for any questions.

There is no broom, so floors get messy pretty quickly, but for us it wasn’t a problem.

The bathroom doors don't offer much privacy. I'd recommend changing them, as you can see and hear from the other side.

The location is perfect, minutes from Sliema promenade area with restaurants and bars, handy supermarket, great views of the sea. The apartment is huge, bright, clean, quiet, well appointed with good, free WiFi and comfortable seating. The downstairs bathroom is large with separate bath and walk in shower, plenty of towels and spotless. The main bedroom also has a standalone bathtub and there is an upstairs separate shower room. The air-conditioning is excellent, having the small lift is useful to move cases in and out and there are 2 keys provided and clear instructions to reach the apartment and for the lockbox. The Host, Edward, is the most helpful, accommodating and informative person ever, keeping in regular contact, always ready to answer questions on Malta. what to see, good places to eat. Edward arranged the Airport taxi and allowed us to spend the last day in the apartment free of charge as we had a late flight home. I would stay here again anytime and highly, highly recommend this apartment.
