USBed was comfortable and they provided water . Good communication about getting there . Seemingly friendly on texts but mice elsewhere and keep saying they will help and do nothing . All lip service .
The kitchen was filthy , the burners . Electricity went out for a full day and running water and toilets would not flush . They offered to let me use another toilet but not switch room that was working . Pools were filthy with chipped tiles , leaves and dirt in them . If you’re backpacking on a strict budget maybe but it’s still very overpriced for Tulum . You will have to have a scooter or car as there is absolutely nothing walking distance . Not even a bodega . Guy on scooter every morning honking for ten mo it’s straight outside my window for three days .
CAUn lieu qui appelle au partage et au rassemblement. Bien aimé le salon et la cuisine commune. la piscine sur le toit qui donne sur la jungle (j'ai pu observer 5 sortes d'oiseaux ainsi qu'un écureuil.
La piscine du rdc était en réparation, les rues pour se rendre sont presque impraticable, pas de séchoir à cheveux, la manette de l'air climatisé ne fonctionnais pas.
BETrès joli hôtel avec du personnel très sympathique et une piscine en rooftop hyper agréable pour se détendre. Nous avions un logement style "petit studio" avec tout le nécessaire: cuisine, etc..
Comme nous avions un logement style "petit studio", nous n'étions malheureusement pas dans la partie principale de l’hôtel où se trouvait les piscines et les autres parties communes, nous devions faire le tour du "pâté de maison" pour pouvoir entrer dans cette partie et en profiter... Hotel un peu difficile d’accès en voiture, les rues autour sont remplies d'énormes trous et sont non carrossables: cela ajoute du stress quand c'est une voiture de location.

As luzes do terraço não davam para desligar/ estavam avariadas e o caminho de acesso era muito irregular e está em mau estado.
ARTodo excepcional, excelente, hermoso, diseño inmejorable, decoracion exquisita. Lo mejor de nuestro viaje, nos encanto! volveremos sin duda! Enamorados de este lugar, fantastico!
AEI am so happy to have found Nomad Humans. I loved staying here so much - it felt like my own place! The location is a bit remote but still highly accessible to everything close by - the roads are just a little bumpy and off road like so definitely something to note when getting there. The compound is beautiful and the energy so calm, so welcoming. I loved my little apartment! I had a terrace and garden as part of mine and it truly left a mark on my heart staying there. It was calm, warm, great size, GREAT value for money and above all, the staff SO unbelievably friendly, hospitable and welcoming. I truly loved it. 🙌🏽🤍✨
The pool wasn’t clean so not very inviting to use - was beautiful though! The smell in the apartment sometimes wasn’t great but I fixed with incense and candle so again, nothing major!
FRLogement extrêmement confortable dans un écrin de verdure et de nature. Literie digne d’un bon standing hôtelier et personnel à l'écoute et réactif.
Attention à la route c'est une piste de 500m pour accéder au logement.
IETiene un pequeño jacuzzi en la parte de arriba que es privado, eso me encantó. es privado, tranquilo y muy acogedor.
