The property was easy to find and had ample parking spaces outside for our group's two cars. The host Aqeel was courteous, helpful and answered my questions promptly. All three of us were pleasantly surprised by the space inside the house as well as by its cleanliness and comfort. The house location was perfect for our visit to Middlesbrough centre and most facilities we visited were within a ten-minute walk of the house. The living and dining area were spacious and comfortable and perfectly equipped for our needs, as were all three double bedrooms. WiFi was reliable and the house throughout was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There was seating in the back yard that we didn't get to use because it was cold weather during our stay but in the warmer months, this is a nice addition. Inside, the house heats up quickly and retained warmth with the central heating on a low thermostat heat. All in all, a great property!

Absolutely wonderful space, well kept and pristine. Delightful to see a fully set dining table, we didn't use it, but it definitely made the whole space feel tip-top. We were met with a wonderful scent sprayed throughout, so we felt clean simply walking in. We were slightly puzzled by the laundry running when we arrived butwe didn't need to use the washer, so no harm done."
