This is our second time staying in Elifaz. The rooms are basic - old Kibbutz dorms converted into hotel rooms. Our room had one queen bad and a single bad (we were two adults and one kid). The rooms are surrounded with grass and paths and kids can roam freely with no fear. The dining room is a short walk from the rooms and so is the pool and sport utilities. The location is excellent as it is very close to Eilat (about 20 minutes) so there are a lot of dining, shopping and attraction options. We don't like Eilat that much, so it was great to stay outside the city. We joined two very cool free activities that the place offered - a trip to sand dunes where we got to fly kites and a night walk with lanterns listening to interesting stories about the desert and the stars - very recommended - the guide was excellent. Except for that, obviously a great swimming pool (which is very important in the heat of the desert) and air conditioning in the rooms. The price was very cheap compared to other options in the vicinity for what it offered.

The kitchenet is a bit small. It does have a full-size refrigerator but no place to make meals inside the room. There is a shared kitchen next to the camping site (which is also close to the rooms) so I guess you can use that to make food. The breakfast is good but a bit basic. I would also replace the exterior paint of the rooms to make them more inviting.
