"Absolut angenehm und schön, keinerlei Probleme."

Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail im Appartement haben absolut meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Übergabe vom Schlüssel und Flexibilität bzgl. Parkplatz war absolut unkompliziert. Die Altstadt war in 10-15min zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Gleich neben dem Appartement war ein Konzum (Lebensmittelgeschäft) und das beste Restaurant (Il Faro) 👍🏻

Da fällt mir nichts ein. Man sollte aber anmerken (vielleicht für andere Gäste interessant), dass es keinen Lift im Gebäude gibt.

Exceptionally clean and kitchen so well equipped! A few minutes walk from bus station! Fantastic for viewing the gorgeous sunset, with great views over old city . Host Luca was so helpful and nothing was any problem! Would highly recommend this property.

"Loved our stay in Rovinj!"

Luca's place was very large & had a most fabulous view of old town & beautiful sunsets from the balcony!! Good sized, comfortable bed & the kitchen was well equipped. He met us quickly for check in even though we arrived a bit earlier than expected & he gave some great recommendations. Having nearby secure parking was an added plus!

Black out curtains in the bedroom & washcloths for showering would be appreciated.

"Perfect Rovinj stay"

One of the best places I have ever stayed in. The owner came to give us the key even if we arrived quite late. The apartment was sparkling clean, everything is brand new and well looked after. It has all it needs PLUS a super view of old town AND a supermarket just across the street. Enough Nespresso capsules provided for the whole stay, a/c, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony..all perfect.

"Great view of old town with exceptional standard of property."

Location is away from the tourist crowds. Ultimate comfortable apartment with great balcony view. Cleanest property you will ever find, it’s home away from home. Don’t be fooled by exterior old property the interior is immaculate and just like the photos. Best shower. Car parking is available at owner’s property just 50 metres walk. Close walk to Mulini Beach, 15 min walk to old town and a supermarket across the road. Amazing hosts who will assist you if you need anything. I’d go back again.
