cleanliness is 9/10, but the facility is 6/10 if compared to my other family members room

told the property owner we will reach at 4pm+-, but we are lucky to arrive without traffic jam, so we reached at 3pm+-, then the owner asked us to wait until 4pm🌚 i thought the check in time is from 3pm? she say because i told her i will reach around that time and she is at a wedding ceremony , also she asked to bank in deposit first before she can proceed with the check in ? well our other family members also staying at timur bay they didnt have to pay any deposit, I insisted to pay cash and asked for receipts, after 30 minutes of waiting she say her brother is coming to assist us, by the time we checked in is already around 4pm,unpleasant check in experience and wasted some time
