Exceptional apartment, very cozy and clean. The owner was super friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent, the host was welcoming and flexible, and the accommodations were excellent! Just off the Brown line and mere steps from the wedding at Dovetail Brewery, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay!

I thought it was a house, it turned out to be a basement, but we stayed, I said that the booking didn’t indicate that it was a basement. I asked the owner if they had a microwave, he said I was asking too many questions and asked us to leave or he would call the police since we were on his property. This is despite the fact that we had booked a non-refundable room. I didn't want to argue with him and left the premises, I thought booking would refund but booking contacted him and couldn't refund me. This man asked us to leave and didn't even offer a refund knowing it was non-refundable, I think this is just a scam. You can't treat people like this is a service business. I think host like this should be banned from platforms because they are damaging the platforms. I don't use booking anymore after this because they couldn't solve basic problems.

Location is fantastic and unit was very clean with a lot of kitchen tools if you wanted to cook- but there are also plenty of wonderful places to eat and get coffee within short walking distance.
