Super OYO Townhouse Dwarakanagar Near Gurudwara

I request never stay in this hotel and never book through booking.com specially when you are planning to stay in India .There is no customer care number of booking .com .When i informed them over app that i am stranded and the hotel is not allowing me for the booking even if it is prior booked but booking .com directing me contact and hotel people say contact booking.com as all their rooms are booked ..This is idiotic and non sense .

The hotel people didn't allow me to stay even if i had booked for 3 nights .They made me wait from morning 5.45 am till half 12 PM and reassuring they will find a room for me .Even they told me in between to shift to another hotel but that also they didnt confirm .Me and my wife stranded there without any confirmation if they will give me a room or not .They say they were fully booked where as they were allowing other guest who had paid the money upfront . Finally around 12.15 PM i started looking for other hotel and eventually i got a 3 star hotel for which i paid 2 times more than this budget hotel .This is utter non sense . All hotels were fully booked else i planned i have to return back in the same night if i donot get hotel to stay .I am looking for the option against booking .com. I will wait for your response and the hotel should be removed from your website .This harassment and risk to tourist . There is no communication in between them even if the booking was showing in their system .They are manipulative .Only good thing they did is on request they allowed me to use toilet and freshen up in one room .Even that room so dirty i cant imagine .How people have given 4 star rating strange .The walls of the room has sleeper foot mark every where .There is cockroaches .Booking.com it is your responsibility on the booking .Let me wait for your response before i will go for my legal options for my mental agony me and my wife during those hours and stranded .

We booked the room but assigned to someone ....not satisfied with proper assistance.not ref to anyone.

Assistance ,they way they answer is rude to family.
