Location is good.

Cleaning was really bad. And there was no hairdryer, I asked if they could provide one but nothing was done. Also I don't like that we have to pay £200 as deposit to have access to check-in instructions. So be aware.

Comfy beds, good lighting

It was not clean there was a lot of hair, the description says balcony with furniture the balcony is tiny just big enough to look over. I got locked inside and out of my apartment a few times because the lock is faulty and I was locked outside my apartment for an hour because of this.

They charge u an extra £50 to get that keys after u have already paid for your stay, and they mention that it’s non refundable, very cheeky as they don’t explain i before booking, it’s actually a scam to get move money out of people. Shocking. Non refundable damage wavier but no damages were made, shocking behaviour

The property was well done up and was clean with regards to the toilet and surrounding.

Honestly the host is as good as non existent if you need help with something. They’ll get back to you after you checkout. The WiFi wasn’t working at all and inspite of getting touch with the host multiple times it did no good. Super late responses plus no help! In addition, they didn’t have toilet rolls! That really shocked me as it’s a bare necessity and minimum! I had to again contact the host and they said I’ll get someone to send it ASAP but ASAP never came. I had to go buy some myself. So yep truly disappointed based on the price I paid for this.

The location was great to see Soccer Aid Old Trafford, a brisk 30 min walk no problem.

Dirty, no basics ie tea towel, pint milk, main toilet not working, one towel per couple not clean, no bin bags, saggy sofa, no mattress covers on divans, no pillow covers, beds badly made did not feel clean… very basic

The apartment advertises that it is stylish and modern, upon arriving at the building I was shocked to find the locked key boxes stuck to the side of a wall. Upon entering the building it got even worse!! The smell on the 5th floor is absolutely vile, very very strong smell of cannabis, which just continues into the apartment and makes the whole apartment stink, the smell upstairs just doesn’t go unfortunately! The apartment boasts it has Wifi, a hair dryer, use of full kitchen facilities! Instead there is No WiFi, No hair dryer and due to a leak in the ceiling less than an hour after I arrived I was unable to use the kitchen facilities due to concerns around safety of the electrics! I contacted the owner and was advised maintance would attend! They never did! The following morning the main door was stuck and it took 20 minutes to get out. Same thing happened the morning of checkout! The downstairs toilet which from other reviews has been broken since May remained unfixed! The settee could do with replacing, it’s seen better days and is extremely uncomfortable! The only decent thing about the apartment was having Netflix. Unfortunately this time around I never checked any reviews prior to booking! I certainly won’t be doing that again.

I liked the convenience factor in that there was a Tesco Express right downstairs which sold all of the basics. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and the ironing board and iron was a welcome addition and the TV was massive. Also the instructions for entering the apartment were clear and straightforward.

No WIFI in the apartment and despite a bit of back and forth with the host (could've been a bot) there was no solution other than they had sent a message to the broadband provider. Very disappointing as I had planned on working in the apartment in the evening but couldn't. Aside from that, one of the lifts was out of order and if the other one was occupied you had to climb ten flights of stairs to get to the floor. The downstairs toilet in the apartment was also out of action but there were two others so it didn't really matter. Also there was a strong odour of cannabis or some other noxious weed when you walked out the door of the apartment in the morning. Not the nicest odour to be met with first thing when you're heading out to a conference. The damage waiver of £53 non refundable is a bit cheeky but I understand their need to cover themselves. I opted for the £200 hold on the credit card which to be fair was refunded promptly. All in all it was a disappointing experience.

Booked for workers. They were very happy with this property. Very clean and comfortable
