strategic place, near shops, mall, restaurants and has balcony & warm water. It's small but clean and has almost everything i need except for the electric kettle and fridge.

The owner only give the room key without the main door gate key. I needed to contact him so i can enter the gate and go outside since it's locked which is not convenient.
