Sofa very small and uncomfortable, beds uncomfortable, house a little tired and scruffy, no outside chairs without a huge faff. Dirty cutlery and plates left in cupboards and the fridge was dirty. Smells of dog. Good'ish location if you want to drive into Ilfracombe, not mobility friendly. Lovely neighbours.

It was a comfortable 2 bedroom place,

No hot water after the first day, and nobody answered the phone !when trying to get it sorted. Oven dirty and hoover desperately needed emptying. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Great location very close to town and beaches in Ilfracombe, felt very clean and looked after, modern feel, all the amenities you would want, tv, WiFi, coffee maker! Very friendly and informative hosts Would definitely recommend for you Ilfracombe stay

Light coloured fabric furniture which is an issue with “dog friendly if they are wet and push past! Would recommend taking blankets to cover. Cream carpets so wipe muddy/wet paws before entering Neighbours were very load and inconsistent to others! Loud music till early hours of morning (not the host fault and they where very kind/helpful with rectifying the situation)

Quiet location, good amenities, nice coffee pods & garden.
