I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the HHI hotel. The first room I was given had a malfunctioning AC, and despite my complaints to the manager, nothing was done, leaving me tossing and turning in the stifling heat. Eventually, they moved me to another room, supposedly an upgrade, but to my dismay, the AC in this room was even worse, emitting a loud, unbearable noise that made sleep impossible. The next day, after a long day out, I returned to find that the AC issue persisted. They offered yet another room change, but with my flight scheduled for the next day, I was exasperated by the continuous inconvenience and lack of proper service. It's frustrating to pay a premium for a hotel that fails to deliver even basic comfort and amenities.

Nothing room are so old no proper color Air conditioner water was coming really bad only break fast was decent

It was not a value for money deal. The rooms were dirty, the AC didnt work plus the food orders arrived in 3 hours.
