Traffic noise and rubbish collection noise at night.

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien, uitgebreide keuken, groot terras parkeer garage en de locatie is top. Het contact met Silvia was heel makkelijk via watsapp en ze reageerde altijd meteen als je vragen hebt. Een kapotte lamp werd meteen vervangen en ze is duidelijk in de communicatie. Ik zou het zeker aanraden.

De vele e-mails voordat je vertrekt. Zoveel herinneringen zodat je gaat twijfelen of het wel goed gaat. Het balkon heeft pas in de middag zon en dan kun je ook niet meer uit de zon. Het ligt aan een drukke weg.

We liked the set up of the flat and the fact that Emmanuel was easy to reach on WhatsApp. We thought the location was great

The bin collection wasn't very clear and reference was made to an information pack in the apartment which we could never find

We loved the location and the balcony with a fantastic view of Lake Garda. The air conditioning was excellent. Nice spacious apartment. Kimberly helped with any issues promptly . She also sorted us out with our Venice tickets. A different lady came to help us check out and she was lovely too. Overall really enjoyable.

قربه من بجيره جاردا مشيا على الاقدام . تحت السكن سوبر ماركت كبير فيه جميع الاحتياجات.

عدم تعاون صاحبه السكن معنا وخصوصا عندما اخطانا في عدد الاشخاص لم تقبل ابدا بالزياده حتى بمقابل مادي ورفضت دخولنا ورفعنا شكوى في بوكتج وتم حل المشكله ورفضت احضار سرير اضافي. ●عدم التعاون في الخروج الساعه 10صباحا تم خروجنا من السكن. ●المرافق لم تكن نظيفه والاسره ايضا غير مريحه والغرفه الاظافيه ضيقه جدا وبدون مكيف والاسره طابقين والجو حار . ●وجود نمل داخل الشقه وكلمناهم وجو رشو مبيد🤔. ●الحمام طرازه قديم جدا وداخل دولاب كيف اوصف مادري🤭 ●الباركنج مرعب جدا.

We liked that the apartment was spacious and had a large balcony around it. Good shutters to keep the light and heat out and secure. The air-conditioning was good, however the main one in the kitchen stopped working on our 2nd last day. The apartment was clean and very close to all the facilities e.g Peschiera centre with lots of lovely shops and restaurants along the river, the ferry and boat trips, velobike hire just 3 minutes walk away, big market on Monday just behind the apartment. Nice complimentary bottle of wine and water which was much appreciated after our long journey from Ireland. And the hosts, Emanuele and Kimberly where very nice, helpful and very efficient.

So this apartment is a bit dated. Its on a 2nd floor with no elevator. Even though it is very centrally located, it can also be very noisy during the day if you wish to sit out on the balcony as it is situated on a main road that runs through Peschiera along the lakeside. The kids bedroom with the bunk beds has no air-con so in july/Aug it's very warm. The main bedroom is very spacious with good air-con but the huge wardrobe is somewhat unusable if you wish to hang any long items e.g long dress. And the light duvets and pillows need replacing! The cover on the large couch needs replacing(not that my teenagers were delighted to throw themselves on it!) I would recommend these rentals to be a little more generous with basics like toilet paper/ kitchen paper/ washing-up liquid and maybe even leaving little sachets of salt/pepper/oil/vinegar etc. These would be more beneficial than the bottle of wine.
