The property is as described. Lovely modern apartment to a high standard and comfortable beds and living spaces. We really enjoyed our stay and the host John was always in communication if we needed anything. We would happily stay again with it being central to the sea front and harbour areas of the Barbican. Recommend the pasta restaurant underneath and we was given a discount when ordering mentioning we were staying in the flat above. Enjoyed our stay thank you.

Please be mindful of the many stairs upto the apartment we had 1 party member slightly disabled he struggled at times but overall managed the stairs ok but even with the climb he thoroughly enjoyed the apartment as we all did.

"Wohnung im Herzen des Nachtleben der Stadt"

Die Lage sm Hafen und nahe am Centrum

Bis zur eigentlichen Wohnung sind es 48 Stufen , steiles relativ enges Treppenhaus. In jedem Raum sind jeweils 2-3 unterschiedliche Aromastoffe plaziert . Die machen die Raumluft schwer bis unangenehm, auf Dauer können Kopfschmerzen auftreten.

Location , comfy beds , well equipped kitchen and excellent communication with the host

If I wouldn’t travel with a toddler then I really couldn’t care less but with someone crawling everywhere the property could be a bit cleaner , all the artificial plants covered with dust , some dead flies in a bathroom etc but it wasn’t that many and it didn’t affect my overall experience 10 out of 10

Flat was beautiful, and brilliant location.

There was no welcome pack, normally there’s a little gift of local produce, milk, bread or something. There was no pods of coffee, and no dishwasher tablets, I would have expected both.

"Lovely apartment in the heart of the Barbican"

We love this apartment when we visit Plymouth. It's bang in Central the Barbican or a 5 minute walk to Plymouth centre. It's got all the facilities you need for your stay. We used the lovely pasta restaurant downstairs the food was amazing.

If you are disabled its not good to stay here, as there are many stairs.
