Plymouth Barbican boutique luxury Apartment

Superb 3rd floor apartment situated in the centre of the Barbican with the added bonus of parking (in an adjacent lane )included in the price. Great communication with John the owner prior to and during our stay. Easy access to keys and parking permit when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, furnished to a high spec and was equipped with all mod cons - in-fact absolutely everything that we needed for our stay - including toiletries and cleaning products! We will definitely stay again. 😃

Amazing location for Plymouth Summertime, right on the Barbican. Apartment was clean & well equipped. Super responsive owner who made sure everything was in order for our stay.

Didn’t affect us but be aware the apartment is up 3 very steep flights of stairs, so not suitable for the less mobile.

The apartment was beautifully presented & well equipped, the beds were comfortable & the bathroom was modern & clean. The location is amazing, but do be aware that you are right in the heart of the historic Barbican with all its bars, shops & restaurants & so can be quite noisy at times; which I personally love.

I found the sofa in the living area a bit too hard to be comfortable & on a very personal level; only being 5 feet tall, the mirrors in the bedroom & bathroom were all too high for me to use but I do realise that is very much a 'me problem'. Also, if you have a problem with climbing stairs, then this apartment probably isn't for you.

Great and comfortable accommodation, right in the heart of town. Spotless rooms all over. Loved it.

Nothing out of place.

Loved the location, right near the harbour with lots of nice places to eat, pubs and shops. Apartment itself was smooth sailing to get in to and was immaculate. Would stay longer next time.

Very modern and has everything one could possibly need and more. Is very central to the sights and shops in Plymouth.

Everything was finished off to the highest quality…we were very comfortable here. There was everything we needed and more! Great communication with the owner John too.

Nothing really ! Except it was maybe a bit noisy at the weekend as we had the bedroom window open, but this was understandable when we were so close to the Bars etc. Be prepared for the 3 short flights of steps too but so worth it when up in the apartment.

Excellent location, parking was close by and a permit was provided , modern interior, large bathroom, very clean and great communication from the host, would recommend.

The number of stairs leading up to and within the apartment may be a struggle if you are elderly or disabled.
