"Good hotel"

Hotel is good and in good location. Rooms and bathrooms were good and comfortable.

We had a very bad incident, when we were going to our room after Check in. The lift was stuck and we were inside the lift for almost 10 minutes. We were pressing the emergency button but no response. Then we call the reception from Mobile, after some time the technician came and rescued us. That was a very bad and scary experience. After that we use only stairs to go to our room. The other problem was that the staffs and receptionist were speaking only Arabic. No English speaking staff was there. That was little hard to communicate.
