"I would not book again but if staying long time probably works very well. Our air went out and this was convenient"

Bed uncomfortable traffic loud outside. Floor above very noisy. Not impressed

Breakfast was not included. It was well equipped either a refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, but did not have a microwave. A microwave is of greater value to me. I couldn’t reheat anything, and that was inconvenient. I also was not told of a hold equal to the cost of one nights lodging. Had Booking.com made me aware of that fact, I would have paid with a credit card, not a debit card. I am still waiting for the release of those funds. For that reason, I will never use Booking.com again.

See above response. I felt Booking.com is shady, and lacks transparency for failing to include information about any policy of holding funds.
