Raportul calitate pret excelent. Banuiesc ca se datoreaza faptului ca este inca o zona in constructie, dar asta nu afecteaza nici sejurul si nici calea de acces spre cazare. Chiar daca ar afecta, nu ar fi vina proprietarului. Este totusi un pret foarte bun pentru zona respextiva. Proprietarul este super ok, raspunde prompt la orice solicitare si este extrem de amabil. Mi-a placut foarte mult ideea zonei rezidentiale in care se afla apartamentul. Citind recenziile precedwnte, am putut obseeva dorinta proprietarului de a multumi fiecare oaspete, tot ceea ce i-a fost semnalat, s-a realizat!

Faptul ca nu se pot sorta clientii… se observa urmele unor personaje lipsite de onenie ce au trecut pe acolo! Nu se poate penaliza proprietarea pentru asta, se vede dorinta si implicarea proprietarului dar unii oasperi sunt lipsiti de educatie si bun simt!

Excelent apartament echipat Smart tv Inclusiv cafea ulei , servetele etc tot ce i nevoie pt o sedere confortabila

Cozy, bright, clean apartment with a view of the pool. There is everything for a comfortable stay for a short or long term. Next to the bus stop that will take you to the metro station.

A bit far from Bucharest if you don't have a car.

The place was spot clean.

The apartment was fantastic – truly sparkling clean and incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home. I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in the area.

This was a great find! Super clean, well equipped, comfy bed, good communication with the host. Also a very good location: relatively quiet, safe (it's in an enclosed community), less than half an hour from the airport and next to Bucharest's orbital.

Felt like it could use some reading or night lamps.
