The weather was pretty bad, but I still had a great time. The house was unique, more than I expected. Thanks to the staff, especially you Marcos.

"A little bit disappointing."

That it was brand new and the host was very nice guy

Well there are few problems with the property itself. The walls are very thin and you can hear your daily routine of your neighbors. Stairs are producing a lot of noise. Bathroom's door is working from time to time. Location of the AC on the second floor is not located correctly because it blows straight down the stairs. The apartment is OK for couples, but not for families with kid/s. Kitchen is not very useful, small amount of dishes and tools for cooking. Kinda misleading with the pics of the pool. It ended up that it's private only for first floor. Parking is not praktical at all. Missing privacy. You just don't have it. Very noisy

"Exceptional place to stay for people who like quiet and seclusion."

The place was brand new. It has a great minimalistic interior design and was arranged with attention for details. Bathroom was stylish and clean. I liked the fact that the shampoo and shower gel were chosen to be with 95% natural ingredients. This speaks to me that the hosts care about their guests and about the environment. The kitchenette was well equipped - oven, grill-toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiling kettle, all necessary cutlery. The bedroom is on the second floor - very artistic. The studio is 7 minutes walk from the beach. There is a very nice and relaxing sea view from the large&comfortable terrace and from the bedroom windows. The host Markos was very friendly and unintrusive. He had taken an effort to greet us with cold mineral water in the fridge and a whole apple pie at arrival. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet - no music, no traffic noise - only the cicadas.
