Sunset Apartment Zadar

Our view was absolutely spectacular. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony with the view of the ocean to get us excited for each day. You are in the center of the Old Town so there are so many shops/restaurants, as well as access to the water/beaches within walking distance. Our host, Dino, was so easy to communicate with. He made our stay an absolute pleasure. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is on the 5th floor so if someone forgets to close the door to the elevator, it can be a little bit of a hike (I was also 7 months pregnant). If I wasn't pregnant, it would not have felt so difficult.

The location is perfect, right in the centre at the quay in the sun. Perfect to enjoy the famous Zadar sunsets. At the 5th floor, it is perfectly quiet and it is a large appartment. The contact with the host, Dino, on whatsapp was really attentive and inviting. This made access to the appartment very easy going. I would very much recommend this place, and would certainly stay here again.

Location was perfect - 5 mins from all the wonderful bars and restaurants of the old town. There is a supermarket nearby. The property was spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed for a family of 5 adults. Really well equipped kitchen. Great balcony with lovely sea views. Very efficient air con. Host left clear check instructions and came back very quickly if we had any queries.

Top Lage, whattsapp Kontakt zu Dino war schnell und zuverlässig, check in unkompliziert über Türcode. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die geräumige Terrasse war für 4Peronen gut geeignet. Fahrstuhl war auch in Ordnung. KAffee, Kakau, Gewürze, Essig und Öl war vorhanden. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben.

Die Wonung ist nicht gerade billig, die Brüstung der Terrasse war etwas hoch so dass man im Sitzen kaum Meerblick hat. Die Kirchenglocken morgens haben was vom 'wake-up call'. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Wir würden wieder kommen und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Todella siisti asunto. Keskeinen sijainti ja ihana näkymä merelle. Ilmastointi toimi kuten kaikki muukin. Ei mikään luxus, mutta toimiva ja kaikin puolin perheellemme sopiva. Kaikki fasiliteetit löytyivät. Yhteyshenkilö piti yhteyttä läpi viikon ja kyseli toiveitamme. Erittäin ystävällistä!

Talon hissi ei aina toiminut, joten helteessä viidenteen kapuaminen oli tuskaa. Onneksi ei ollut rattaita tms.

The apartment is in a superb location for restaurants, sea views, old town, promenade, sea organ etc.. It is comfortable and well furnished with a well equipped kitchen Dino, the owner, met us at the agreed time. He was attentive if we had any questions and gave us lots of info about Zadar and surrounding area. Zadar is a beautiful place and this apartment is an excellent base for a holiday.

Sheets could be 100% from cotton, but didn't feel like this plus no kitchen cotton towels

It is spacious , comfortable and quiet location but at the heart of the city. The views over the sea are fabulous, it is a pity they are partially obscured by the balcony when sitting down.

As we arrived Easter Sunday all the shops were closed for Sunday and Monday but restaurant’s were thankfully open.

Apartment was really well situated overlooking the sea, one of few apartments that we found with an elevator and even fewer that allowed us to check in late due to our flight time. Dino was a most hospitable host, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, we wanted for nothing. We would happily recommend Sunset Apartment.

Church bells at 7am every morning! And at intervals throughout the day. No fault of the apartment, that's Zadar Old Town for you.
