Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Vị trí thuận lợi, gần trung tâm, rất tiện cho việc di chuyển. Tầng 1 là quán cà phê có món bánh canh rất ngon

Cầu thang lên tầng 3 hơi dốc và nhỏ nên mang vali lên xuống khá bất tiện
