"We had a great time and the apartment was fine."

Great location and easy to move into, no hiccups with arrival and departure.

It was a bit run down and had been beaten up a bit by previous tenants. Needs a facelift and revamp.

Location - walking distance to Niseko and slopes Powder was amazing

Small unit - would struggle to fit 4 people in there Pretty basic Unit 1 is the worst/smallest of the 4bed units I saw

"Convenient comfortable and relaxing space for the family."

Convenient location with the Hirafu free shuttle service one minute away. It was quick to walk into town or to the ski lifts. Apartment had enough utensils etc for our needs. Free washing machines and the dry room downstairs were handy. Warm and comfortable and the free transport for check in and check out was good.

Walls are quite thin so any noise or stomping very clearly heard, but that's about other guests being considerate.
